American Konnection Affiliate Program: Terms and Conditions

By joining the American Konnection Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Program Eligibility

1.1. American Konnection reserves the right to approve or decline any affiliate application at its discretion.

2. Commission Structure

2.1. Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate link.
2.2. The commission rate will be outlined in the affiliate dashboard and is subject to change with prior notice.
2.3. Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount, excluding taxes and shipping fees.

3. Payouts

3.1. Commissions will be paid monthly.
3.2. Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

4. Promotional Guidelines

4.1. Affiliates are to create content that accurately represents the brand.
4.2. Affiliates may not engage in misleading, deceptive, or spammy promotional methods.
4.3. Paid advertising using the American Konnection brand name or trademarks is not permitted without prior approval.

5. Prohibited Activities

5.1. Affiliates must not engage in:

• Fraudulent transactions or false claims.
• Unauthorised use of American Konnection logos, trademarks, or content.
• Promoting products on websites with offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
  5.2. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

6. Termination

6.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
6.2. Upon termination, the affiliate will no longer have access to the affiliate dashboard or any future commissions.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use American Konnection marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the affiliate program.
7.2. Affiliates may not sell or distribute American Konnection materials without written permission.

8. Liability

8.1. American Konnection is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate program.
8.2. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless American Konnection from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the program.

9. Modifications

9.1. American Konnection reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or the affiliate dashboard.
9.2. Continued participation in the program after modifications signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
